The final written quotation, order confirmation and invoice contain the product-specific commercial terms. If they differ from general website information, the written order documents apply.
1. Website information and quotations
Website images, specifications and descriptions provide general guidance. Commercial kitchen equipment may be custom-built, and final dimensions, capacity, material grade, utilities, accessories, quantity, taxes, delivery, installation and price are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in that quotation. Changes requested after approval may affect price and delivery time.
2. Orders and payment
An order becomes confirmed after we accept the written purchase instruction and receive the agreed advance or payment. Payment stages, taxes and the balance due are stated in the quotation or invoice. Production or dispatch may be held until due payments are received.
3. Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate measurements, site access, utility details, approved drawings and a safe installation area. Civil work, electrical wiring, plumbing, drainage, gas connections, ventilation permissions or statutory approvals are excluded unless expressly included in writing.
4. Warranty and guarantee terms
Any warranty applies only as specified in the quotation or invoice for the relevant product, component or service. There is no blanket warranty period for every item.
Warranty support normally covers eligible manufacturing or workmanship defects reported during the stated warranty period. It does not cover misuse, overloading, accidental damage, improper cleaning, corrosion from chemicals, pest damage, voltage or gas-pressure variation, unauthorised repair, normal wear, consumables, incorrect installation by others or failure to follow operating instructions.
Third-party components such as compressors, motors, burners, thermostats or electrical parts may be covered by their manufacturer's applicable warranty. Inspection may be required before repair, replacement or other resolution is approved.
5. Cancellation and changes
Cancellation of a confirmed custom-fabrication order may not be possible after material procurement or production begins. Any approved cancellation, modification or credit will account for work completed, materials purchased and non-recoverable costs.
6. Limitation and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the affected goods or service. We are not responsible for indirect loss, business interruption or delay caused by events outside reasonable control. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, with disputes subject to courts having jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
